LUXURY FT. HILLS HOME- North of River Road/Campbel Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Deposits
On all rentals, an initial security, cleaning and damage deposit of $500.00, is required within 7 days of the reservation date, if cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no cancellation fee will apply. Payment of rent in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after departure, provided there is no damage to the unit. A fee of $150.00 for cleaning will be withheld from the security deposit.
Cancellation
If cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no cancellation fee will apply. Payment of rent in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival said rent is forfeited unless the property is re-rented for all or part of the same specific time frame at which time the proportionate share of the payment will be refunded less $60.00.
