$250 security deposit is due and is refundable if the place is left undamaged. A 50% deposit is due upon making the reservation and the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of travel are due in full at the time of booking.
No refunds unless a 60 day cancellation is provided. With 60 days notice, a 10% cancellation fee shall apply. Travel insurance is recommended to cover personal emergencies, hurricanes, etc.
