It has recently been refurbished in what we call a contemporary Barcelona style. This apartment is on the very first floor of an old building on the fashionable Carrer Ferran in the heart of the city's gothic quartier.

The 200m2 of this GREAT place are divided in 2 parts.

One is a very spacious apartment of 150m2, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps up to 7 people (even 8 for families with children). The flat has a sunny living room with a big screen equipped with a home cinema, a leather sofa and 2 leather “chaises longues” very design. It´s open on the dining and the fully equipped kitchen.

And the second is a one bedroom apartment, comfortable and fully equipped as well with a fantastic bathroom. It sleeps up 3 people.

Those 2 apartments communicate by a common and private entrance, that makes possible to rent both or just one.

This apartment is located within one minute walk from las Ramblas and the famous Market La Boqueria, just a minute from Plaza Real with its Restaurants and Cafes, 8 minutes to Plaza Catalunya, 10 minutes from the upmarket shopping area of El Borne and 15 minutes from the city's beaches walking through the Port Area. If you don't want to walk you can take the Metro or Bus at Liceu or at Sant Jaume.
