Our Orlando vacation villa is located on Sunset Ridge which is a gated community, only minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resorts. The Orlando villa is a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom executive villa with air conditioning in every room. Most rooms have ceiling fans and the villa has a screened pool and deck area for your enjoyment. The Orlando vacation rental also features a centrally monitored home security system

Upon entering the Orlando vacation home you will see the living room area which is furnished to a very high standard as are all the rooms in our villa. There is a separate dining area to the side of the living room allowing you to be that little bit more formal should the occasion arrive.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher and has a separate dining area. The kitchen is open plan with ample cooking space. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen area that has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.

The family room of this Orlando vacation rental features Cable TV with access to over 70 channels, a DVD player & a Hi-Fi system and again is decorated to a high standard with a relaxing layout for your entire family enjoy. Internet available upon request.

The Master Bedroom is situated at the rear of the Orlando villa and overlooks the pool area. It features a king sized bed with a en-suite bathroom, Cable TV with access to over 70 channels and a DVD player. The other bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed. The 3rd bedroom features twin beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have access to a shared bathroom and both have Cable TV with access to over 70 channels.

Enjoy watching the sunrise and sunset from our private pool. The pool also has heating, so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool. One of the most appealing features of our Orlando vacation home is that there are no rear facing neighbors, so you can be assured of a quiet and relaxing dip in the pool at anytime of the day.

Personal bank check Deposits
A deposit of 20% is required with the completed booking form. Confirmation of booking will normally be made within seven days of receipt of deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable, but will of course be deducted from the full rental amount due.

The management company will require a $500 US Dollars Security deposit, when you pick up the keys from them in Florida, This is as security to cover any breakages, damage or excess cleaning cost while staying in the holiday home. The owners or management company will return the full deposit to the guests, subject to a satisfactory inspection by the Management Company.

Cancellation
The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than eight weeks before departure, Deposit Forfeited

Between four and eight weeks before departure 50% of total cost forfeited

Less than 28 days before departure 100% of total cost forfeited.
