Accommodations: 201 is 2BR-2BA and 202 is a studio with 1BR-1BA. Rent either or both as they are side by side. New construction and furniture (total remodel 2008) Luxury Beach Front condos are perfect for couples. 201 is 1500 sq. ft. and has 4 queen beds. 202 is 800 sq. ft. and has 1 king and 1 queen AU sleeper. Both condos have complete kitchens with everything you need.

At La Concha, when you step on your balcony you feel the relaxing sound of the ocean and view the crystal clear water of the Sea of Cortez. Our condos are on the peaceful Bay of La Paz, where traffic and pollution do not exist. Our guests are permitted to use the neighboring La Concha Hotel facilities, restaurant, room service, palapa bar, and the 5 star PADI dive shop at the Cortez Club.

La Paz is the capital of Baja California Sur, a beautiful Mexican city with just the right touch of tourism. Near by you can day trip to Todos Santos art colony or off to Los Cabos.

We are located next to the hotel where you can go to the front desk and create a charge and be able to bill food and drinks from the restaurant and palapa bar and also enjoy room service during your stay.

The condos are separate from the hotel and we have our own quiet pool and hot tub. Our 2nd floor units have elevator access and the gated building has complete 24 hour security guards to set you at ease. You can arrive at all hours as you will have your own gate key and remote to open the car gate.

Bring your laptop (condos have WiFi). The condos have TV, DVD, DIVX and 50 movies to enjoy. If you need to do laundry, you have a stackable W/D in both units.

You have a state of the art water purification U-V system that purifies the cold and hot water and YES you can drink the water and make ice in 201 or 202. Our manager will make sure that your condo is ready for your stay and will check you in and out.
