The house is about 100 feet off the water with no obstructions or road in front of the house. Sorry, we don't allow pets.This Higgins Lake vacation property offers you the use of very spacious bedrooms and approximately 800 feet of woods behind the house. Take advantage of the kitchen that will make you feel at home with all the essentials you need, including a dishwasher. This Michigan vacation rental also boasts a 6 foot deep sandy beach, mooring for a boat, and a ramp to launch a 13 foot or smaller boat, otherwise you can launch at the state park 1 mile east of house.

During your stay at our Higgins Lake vacation rental you will also enjoy cable TV, high speed internet, air conditioning, a new deck on the lake side of the cottage and a BBQ. If you checked out Google map, there is no street behind the Higgins Lake home, although they planned in the 1930's to put a street in but never built it, it's been vacated on the platt for 20 years.

From I-127 take the south Higgins Lake exit (201), go east 4.5 miles until you go down a hill, then turn left on Bluejay Ave go to tamarack and turn left, go 100 feet and that is the beginning of my property and the end of Tamarack Ave.
