Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy: For confirmed bookings canceled more than 21 days prior to arrival date, full refund is payable minus $100 administration fee. For cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be retained. The term cancellations covers non-arrivals and changes to arrival/departure dates.
If staying 14 days or less, we do not give refunds for nights not stayed once you have arrived. If staying more than 14 days, to change departure date after arrival, 14 days notice prior to departure must be given to receive refund.
