The Davenport vacation home is ideal for relaxing in after a hard day at the parks, playing golf, walking or canoeing at one of the nearby state parks.

An ideal base for those shorter stay action packed vacations with the kids or an ideal home from home for those snowbirds escaping for the winter, or for golfers after a hard day on the gently undulating golf course.

A large open plan living room and dining area lead onto a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar patio doors lead out onto the pool area which has table and chairs (ceiling fan for those warm nights when dining al fresco) and sun beds for lounging by the pool which is screened to keep out those bugs and has security fencing to keep the little ones out of the pool.

The master suite of this Davenport vacation rental overlooks the swimming pool and has ensuite shower/bathroom and large walk-in closet with safe. The spacious double bedroom has large closet and is next door to the second bathroom there are also two twin bedrooms with closets, a laundry area with washer and dryer and two car garage.

Guests benefit from BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS AND FREE LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL (non operator) CALLS, CABLE TV'S AND DVD PLAYERS, POOL TABLE< air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Our management company maintains the Davenport property in excellent condition inside and out. They’re are always on hand and can be contacted 24 hours a day as are we only an E-mail or phone call away.

Located on the Highlands Reserve is a Community Pool, Tennis Court and Children’s Play Area that our guests have the use of.
