There are 2 beautifully landscaped pools which can be heated for additional fees, spa and summer kitchens. The pools are also illuminated with multi-color LED lights. The pools and/or spa can be heated upon request. This professionally decorated home has 3 different living areas with a fully equipped bar and a sleeper sofa in each. One living area is a private top floor loft with stunning panoramic views of the ocean, full bath, 50 plasma TV, surround sound, DVD, stereo & game table. It also has a private oceanfront balcony with hot tub. The other living areas have full oceanfront views, 50 plasma TV/surround sound, DVD, stereo, stone fireplace w/gas logs, leather sofas & game tables.

The modern kitchen is elaborately designed with granite counters, ornate custom cabinetry and top quality stainless steel appliances from name brands such as GE Monogram and Electrolux. It also has a 20 foot uniquely shaped island with raised bar, 2 dishwashers, sinks, icemaker and barstools. There is oceanfront dining for 20 people.
