$3105.00 for a one month rental ( $103.50 per night),



$2,000 security deposit at time of your reservation and pre-payment in full for entire length of stay.Unless prior arrangements with the owner are made.

If additional time is available and you are extending month to month, payment for the month will be collected every 30 days from the start of your reservation or condo will be turned back over to owner within 24 hours.Any damage and overage time will be deducted from your deposit.A walk through and inventory will be before and after every stay .



We require a 21 day cancellation notice from your first day of arrival to receive a full refund of your pre-payment and security deposit
