Oceanfront home in Wailuku Maui. Looking to sublet our oceanfront home to traveling nurses, doctors or any individual/couple in need of temporary housing on Maui. Can also do shorter stays. We are only 5 minutes from Maui Memorial Hospital/Kaiser Clinc, Maui Arts and Cultural Center and the Maui Community College. Our home is 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. The main floor has kitchen, dining, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. The upstairs has the Master bedroom and 1 full bath. From the master bed you can watch the sun rise over the ocean and the cruise ships come into the Kahului Harbour. Home is equipped with everything you need, just bring your clothes. Home is very nicely furnished with tropical/beach decor. Home has been completely remodeled with new kitchen, bath, wood/travertine flooring and air conditioning. As it is oceanfront property, you can enjoy watching whales, turtles, cruise ships and the local surfers and wind surfers right outside your window. We have a large sundeck that you can enjoy for sunning, reading and just relaxing and taking in the breath taking views that Maui offers. We are not located in a fancy resort area, so if that is what you want, our house is not for you. But if you want to experience Maui like the locals enjoy, then our home is what you are looking for. No smoking in the house please.
