Welcome to our rental vacation home in the Okanagan Valley. We are located at Killiney Beach, on the westside of Okanagan Lake, 35 min from either Vernon or Kelowna. We have one acre of treed land offering privacy and shade during the hot Okanagan summer days. The rustic home has 2 floors. The main floor is fully open kitchen, dining area and living room. Downstairs is also above ground with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facilities. Both floors are bright with large windows giving the feeling of being outdoors. To secure your reservation a $450 deposit is required. 50% of your total fees are required 30 days before arrival date with the remainder to be paid upon arrival. If you cancel with at least 30 days notice your deposit will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. A $500 post dated cheque for the last day of your stay is also required as a damage deposit.
