Low Season: Rates start at $USD175.00 per night. Any additional and applicabe seasonal discounts will be deducted from this rate when available. Final Payment: Guest agrees to pay TravelingToCartagena.com and/or Manager the final payment 14 days prior to arrival on low season and 30 days prior to arrival in high and mid-season, or on the date due and in the amount specified on the reservation form and/or confirmation e-mail.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made via e-mail. Full refund minus USD 200.00 administrative fee for all cancellations received more than 60 days in advance. A 15% cancellation fee of the total rental amount plus $200.00 administrative fee will be applied to all reservations cancelled within 60 days of arrival on high and mid-season season and 30 days in advance in low season. The customer will be responsible for all applicable credit card fees charged by the credit cards to TravelingToCartagena.com. Early departure after arrival date, all payments will be retained. If the subject property can be re-rented at the same price, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the 15% cancellation fee and no administrative fee will be applied. Customer will be responsible for paying all credit cards fees that were charged to TravelingToCartagen.com at the time of reservation and/or cancellation. All cancellation refunds due to the customer will be processed and credited within 15 business days, after the cancellation e-mail is received.
