The Seward cottage is located on Trail River and is a separate building from the host home. The common area and kitchen has a large glass door that opens out onto a deck that overlooks the river. We are surrounded by mountains and lakes with many trails for hiking and fishing. It is very quite and tranquil here and yet it is just 20 min. from Seward. Remember you are in Alaska and the 20 min. drive to Seward is one of the most beautiful drives in the world. The mountains and Kenai Lake are spectacular and who knows, you might see a moose or brown bear on the way. There are flight-seeing tours and many other things to do near by.

My 5 yr old grandson and I thought this place was awesome! We explored the woods and river jutting around the property and trails across the road. Enjoyed gourmet coffee/bottled water, fresh baked cinnamon rolls/real OJ. What a memory. My grandson still talks of it. We're going back. Immaculate digs. Just to think I stumbled on it . P.S .96198very private and away from main house. I thought I died and was in heaven.
