A $250 reservation deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This is transferred into a refundable security deposit upon arrival.
More than 60 days out receives full refund, 31-60 days forfeits deposit. Within 30 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited. There are no cancellations for weather or refunds for early departures.
San Diego hotel tax is 10.5%. Weekly cleaning of $75. An energy surcharge may apply for heating of pool and hot tub during winter months.
