This three bedroom, three bath home features sunlit rooms and lush landscaping, with brick driveways and paths connecting the outdoor areas with the pool and lanai. In addition to the sunny living room, there is a spacious enclosed lanai family room adjacent the pool and spa. Two bedrooms offer a king-sized bed and the third a queen. All bedrooms have a television and two are equipped with DVD's. Additional televisions are in the living room and lanai, all with cable. The brand new large kitchen features ample storage, premium cookware and serving ware for fine dining and entertaining. Granite counters and ambient lighting make cooking a delight. In addition to the round teak dining table for six indoors, an additional teak dining set allows outdoor dining.
Tall palms and lush foliage offer a private retreat in the back yard, with six chaises for enjoying the tropical sun--with an outdoor shower for refreshing after. A growing library of books and DVD's entice visitors to enjoy evenings here, while the location of the home tempts exploring the incredible shopping and dining in close proximity or the beach, which is just one mile from the door. In all, Palmview provides a luxurious yet comfortable setting to relax and enjoy a short stay or a season.
