The second floor has two bedrooms. The large master bedroom has large windows with views of the gulf, lakes and State Park. There is a new king-size bed, desk, and sitting area. The master bathroom will take your breath away. It features a Clawfoot Champagne Massage Slipper Tub, Carrera Marble Counter tops with Vintage fixtures, and a shower finished in subway tile. A large walk-in closet completes this area.The other bedroom on the second floor has a new queen size bed, closet, and new flat screen television. There is also a window seat for reading or for lounging. A full bathroom and large laundry room with new washer and dryer complete this floor.The second floor opens to the third outdoor porch. This porch has a new Pottery Barn seagrass sectional sofa and is a perfect place for watching sunsets, while enjoying a glass of wine.The third floor tower room features a fun and vibrant surfer bunk room. There are two sets of bunk beds in this room and amazing views.
