Terms and Conditions:A $200 deposit is due within 10 days to secure the unit. This will hold the unit until 30 days from arrival, at which time your balance will be due.



For a deposit refund, less a $100.00 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. All Christmas reservations will be due 60 days prior to arrival. To receive a refund for Christmas reservations, cancellation must be 60 days prior to arrival.
