The Carefree vacation rental, “My Adobe Villa”, which is approximately 2240 square feet, consists of a master and junior suite with its own separate laundry room. The master suite, with approximately 1440 square feet, has a luxurious master bedroom, oversized living room with fireplace, dining area, and full kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, desk, TV armoire, sitting area and large master bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The sofa in the living room opens to a queen sleeper and there is an adjacent second full bath with walk in shower (no tub). The living room and master bedroom share a private patio that looks out on the high Sonoran desert landscape. The junior suite, with approximately 800 square, is suitable for double occupancy. It includes a large bedroom with two queen beds and TV amenities. The junior suite also has a separate study/sitting room with 2 desks, sofa, TV coffee maker and mini frig. And its own separate full bathroom with tub/shower. A private patio is shared between the sitting room and bedroom that looks onto the putting green and Sonorant desert landscape.
