Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival date between Memorial Day and Labor Day and 24 hours prior to arrival date the remainder of the year. Reservations cancelled inside of the 72 or 24 hour time frame will be billed for the first night's room and tax.



Tax rate is 12%. Tariffs are subject to change and may vary for special events and holidays. Tariffs are subject to prevailing tax rates at the time of your stay and do not include parking fees. Quoted tariffs are based on single or double occupancy. There is no charge for children under sixteen when staying in the room with parents.
