Downstairs you will find a bedroom with Queen bed and shared three-quarter bath and a second master bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom. You can also access the private outdoor hot tub. On the top floor is the master bedroom with a King bed, en suite bath with shower and separate tub and a private balcony with more stunning views of the mountains.

Centrally located across the street from the Jack Nicklaus designed 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Course and three miles from downtown Breckenridge, our beautiful home offers close proximity to four world class ski resorts with a FREE PRIVATE SHUTTLE ride to the Breckenridge Ski Resort or into town where you can enjoy one of the many exquisite meals the numerous restaurants have to offer. After a satisfying day on the mountain, soak your muscles and relax in the private outdoor hot tub.

In the summer, use the paved hiking and biking trail just minutes from your home that runs from Breckenridge to the town of Frisco and beyond. There is also a wide selection of hiking and biking trails that wind through our National Forest.
