$500 - $3000 fully refundable deposit when agreement is fulfilled, there is no damage, property inventory is complete, and the property is left clean ready for the next tenant. If cleaning is needed it will be deducted from the deposit.
Deposit is not refunded, rent is refunded.
If stay is less than 30 days, a 14% tax is added.
