There is a two-story lobby with several sitting areas, large stone fireplace, and computer that is available for free, wireless internet access. Deposits
Payment of the first night's rent is required as an advance deposit to secure the reservation.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required at check-in to ensure that the property is left in good condition. We prefer to authorize the deposit on a credit card, which does not post to your account and expires automatically in seven business days (as long as it is not done using a debit card).

Cancellation
During Winter, all cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. However, any cancellation received less than fourteen days before the arrival date is subject to forfeiture of the entire advance deposit amount.

During Spring, Summer, or Fall, all cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. However, any cancellation received less than 72 hours before the arrival date is subject to forfeiture of the entire advance deposit amount.
