Located a mile high, t his 3 story chalet is nestled among huge trees on Beech Mountain and has a terriffic view from the 3 decks. In the summer it is a cool retreat from the hot weather, and in the winter it is a great locale as it is just 7/10 of a mile from Ski Beech - a popular ski resort. We have a woodburning fireplace, a game room with a pool table and a sleeper sofa, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice size kitchen. As guests in our chalet you will be entitled to use the Beech Mountain Country Club facilities (during the summer season). This includes a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a mountain golf course, and the use of the dining room.

Our chalet has a fully loaded kitchen - dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee pot, hand mixer, dishes galore, silverware, pots and pans, etc. There is a washer and a dryer, a charcoal grill on the back deck, TV's and VCR's in all the rooms, and everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. We supply all linens, bath soap, paper towels, t. paper, laundry soap, dish soap, diswasher soap, and always have lots of wood for your relaxing evenings in front of the fireplace. There are plenty of activities on Beech Mountain: There are hiking trails for all abilities, mountain biking, fishing (streams and lakes are stocked annually), skiing, snowboarding and ice skating, free sledding for youngsters at the Town Hall, golfing, swimming and tennis. We are located a short distance from Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, Tweetsie Railroad, The Blowing Rock, Mystery Hill, etc. Also Banner Elk and Boone have wonderful old general stores, and shopping emporiums.
