The 2nd floor is only available as part of the rental of the entire house. It is not rented out separately.The second floor has a full kitchen, 2 full baths, living and dining area and a bedroom. There is a full-size stacking washer and dryer set in one of the bathrooms. The east 3 bedrooms, jacuzzi and bathroom can easily be added on to this floor to make the unit a 4 bedroom/3 bath situation. This floor has its own hot water heater, furnace, cental air conditioning unit, thermostat, 3 ceiling fans, and another screened in porch with a lake view. Deep blue carpeting brings out the blue of Lake Michigan which dominates the view on this floor.
