There are no common spaces shared if renting separately, however the Upper Flat and Studio can be combined by unlocking door in hallway that lead to the lower level stairs.

The kitchen is a chef's dream -- a classic motif with modern amenities which include a six-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, lit cabinets and refrigerated wine cellar. There is also a Miele washer and dryer. The upstairs flat is approximately 1,600 square feet (150 square meters), has 14-foot high (4.3 meter) ceilings throughout, and can accommodate up to 4 comfortably. Wi-Fi and Direct TV are included.

The recently remodeled lower level studio is also available. It has its own separate entrance. The spacious studio consists of a gourmet kitchen w/ six burner gas stove, refrigerator, and wine cooler. There is also an LG washer & dryer. The large bathroom has a clawfoot tub with a shower overhead. It consists of a queen bed and twin sleeper sofa. It can accommodate up to 3 people. Wi-fi and Direct TV are included.
