SOLAR POOL HEATING is provided to guests free of charge (together with a solar blanket in the winter months). Should guests wish to boost the pool heat in the winter months ELECTRIC HEATING is available at an extra cost of $25/day (or $160/wk). Use of the gas BBQ is free - gas bottle exchanges can be obtained at the local Walmart at a cost of approximately $20. If required, a crib, highchair and strollers are provided for the safety of our younger guests. A nearby fitness suite with a multi-gym and cycling/walking machines is also available to our guests at no extra cost. The villa is located within a 20 minute drive of all the Disney attractions, and a bank, gas station, 2 large supermarkets and a number of restaurants can be located just outside the community's security gate. A shopping mall is located only a short drive away and medical facilities can be found nearby. On site, the award winning Southern Dunes golf course has a clubhouse providing bar and dining services to both golfers and non golfers alike.
