“Windwhistle” is a large, secluded luxury Nassau estate situated on the waterfront. The picturesque Bahamas vacation house, which is nearly 100 years old, sits on an elevation within over four acres of private grounds and has its own swimming pool, private beach and private dock which stretches out about 150 feet. “Windwhistle” has about 350 feet of waterfront to enjoy!

You can sunbathe by the sparkling pool or on your personal beach. You may swim, snorkel and fish at your leisure in the crystal clear warm water, straight off the dock. We can also arrange for the use of our jet ski if you so wish.

The living area of this Nassau vacation rental totals almost 5000 square feet which includes 5/6 king sized bedrooms, and 6.5 bathrooms between the main house and the cottage, The main house and cottage can sleep a total of 24 people.if you rent both properties “Windwhistle” sits higher than all the other homes on Eastern Road and as its name suggests, even on a hot sunny day, the breeze comes from the East, cools as it crosses the ocean and blows gently through the house… it is very pleasant and unique feature of this Bahamas property.

The views at this charming Nassau accommodation are incredible! Across the stunning expanse of turquoise water lies Athol Island and Paradise Island. At “Windwhistle” you can witness amazing sunrises and spectacular night views. The luxury garden, home to beautiful native birds, contains lush tropical foliage, mature trees and native plants and it stretches down to the bright blue sea.

The Nassau beachfront house itself retains most of its original features and is full of charm and character. The perfect private retreat, “Windwhistle” is, simply put, a (not so little) slice of paradise! ...each room sleeps two people plus children. Each room has it's own bathroom. Guests may use the outdoor facilities such as pool, beach,dock and balconies . the main house is for rent separate to the cottage but large parties can book them both

50% of the gross rental fee is required to hold reservations. Full and final payment (including a $1000 damage deposit) is due 30 days prior to guest's scheduled time of arrival.

A damage deposit of $500 is required and to be paid with final payment. Damage deposit will be refunded within 15 days of guest's departure providing there is no breakage, damage to property, or missing items.
