Cancellation Policy: When the 25% deposit is paid, and you cancel outside of 8 weeks, only the deposit is forfeited. If its within 8 weeks of the booking date, then the full amount is due, and if you then cancel, we will return 75% if we are able to find another renter for the same period, after the new renter has paid full.
