A $300 deposit is required to secure a reservation and the balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.A $350 security/damage deposit is required by way of a credit card authorization. The card is not charged with this amount it is simply held on file in case of any damages etc.



Cancellations made between 4-8 weeks of arrival date will be refunded 50% of total rentalCancellations made between 3 - 4 weeks of arrival date will be refunded 25% of total rentalCancellations made within three weeks of arrival will be refunded 0% of total rentalIn all cancellations there will be a minimum charge of $150No exceptions to the above cancellation policy regardless of circumstances
