This specially designed guest house, immaculately clean, offers two bedrooms and two baths that easily accommodates two couples, two families of four, or a group of friends.

Amenities: Kitchen -- blender, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, glasses, toaster, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish soap, dish towels and many other kitchen miscellaneous. Utility room has washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, soap, sink, and cleaning supplies. Grand Room has TV, VCR, DVD, telephone. Bedrooms --Queen sized beds, bunk beds, desk, and closet. Bathrooms -- Large showers with hot water. Parking Lot -- large enough for several cars/ basketball hoop. Housekeeping: One complementary house cleaning per week.

Small pets may be allowed with prior approval--maximum of two. No smoking is allowed inside the cottage. A once a week house cleaning service is included in the rate. Housekeepers live on the property 24/7.

The fully outfitted living and dining rooms with a fireplace offer all of the comfort of home and are designed to easily sit eight people. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its best with terraces that surround the cottage, complete with rocking chairs and hammocks. Sip a cup of steaming Costa Rican coffee in the early morning while watching a plethora of tropical birds on this enchanting place. Start the day with cool mornings in the low 60’s, and feel the day warm up into moderate temperatures in to thelow 80's year round. You can walk around the property and encounter river streams and a lush forest without leaving the property. The mountains that flank the back of the property provide you with a vast natural preserve (thousands of acres) for hours of hiking, bird watching, or just enjoying a short nature walk with spectacular views.

$300.00 refundable security deposit is required as per agreemet. • A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. All applicable refunds will be made in a timely manner in the form that it was received.



This is a non-refundable transaction. In the event of Cancellation, rental fees collected (minus $75.00) may be refunded ONLY if Landlord is able to rent said premises for equal or greater value of canceled period.
