Anchorage I and II Condominiums in Myrtle Beach SC Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Personal Check
Payment of rental fees: $250 upon signing and returning one copy of the rental contract within 10 days after receipt of contract, and balance of payment, including a refundable security deposit of $100, within 30 days of check-in.
The security deposit of $100 will be returned in full 10 days after checkout, providing that renters has left the condo in as good as condition as the condo on check-in and terms of the rental contract.
Renter will be refunded total payments made to date less $75 administrative fee if renter notifies rental agent 30 days or more of check-in date. Otherwise, rental agrees to forfeit total rental fees if condo cannot be rented.

We enjoyed our visit to Anchorage II. The condo that we stayed in was updated and very clean. The beaches in the area were great. Highly recommend this location. Found the property at www.condosatmyrtlebeach.com.
