Deposits
Payment of rental fees: $250 upon signing and returning one copy of the rental contract within 10 days after receipt of contract, and balance of payment 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation
Renter will be refunded total payments made to date less $75 administrative fee if renter notifies rental agent 30 days or more of check-in date. Otherwise, rental agrees to forfeit total rental fees if condo cannot be rented.

I am writing to thank you for allowing us the pleasure of renting the condo unit 304. We had a great time. We could not have asked for a better view---the ocean and the pool The weather was beautiful. Again, thank you!! We hope to rent from you again next year. We enjoyed our visit to Anchorage II. The condo that we stayed in was updated and very clean. The beaches in the area were great. Highly recommend this location. Found the property at www.condosatmyrtlebeach.com.
