This vacation home is a new, upscale, modern Mediterranean-style 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beach house that features a private pool/spa, deeded beach access, 2-car garage and modern finishes, including: 12-ft ceilings, walls of windows, marble floors, extensive millwork, gourmet kitchen with granite/stainless, lg. office and lg. master bedroom/bathroom. Great for relaxation and entertaining!
Home offered fully furnished, however, partial/UN-furnished is an option. Annual and monthly renters preferred. Weekly renters will be considered, subject to availability (weekly reservations are not confirmed/secured more than 30 from arrival date). Peak season is December 1st through April 30th and the rate is $9,900 USD/month or $5,350 USD/week. Off-Peak months and/or longer-term commitments of 12+ months qualify for reduced rate of $6,600/month or $3,700 USD/week. Monthly rates include pool and yard care, but do not include utilities or optional housekeeping (depending on duration of stay, owner will either debt from deposit or renter will register utilities in his/her own name). Weekly rates include utilities, including DirecTV service. Nightly rates are an option, subject to availability (call for details). No smoking. Pets negotiable.
