5 minutes walk from Maze Hill train station (15 mins to London Bridge/20 mins to Charring Cross) and only 1 mile from the O2 venue. The O2 is a massive music arena now with bars, reastaurants, etc. It is also a 10min stroll along the river Thames to the centre of Greenwich.
The cinema is 1 mile away on the Greenwich peninsula, and co-op/tescos express only 50 metres. So is a Domino's Pizza, a Post Office, and a great curry take away - The Bombay Bicycle Club....all of them on Trafalgar Rd.
If people prefer the tube line then North Greenwich Tube is next to the O2 arena, 1 mile away or a 2min bus ride. The buses are very regular.
