SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY. Located on the first floor of a house in a very quiet & friendly neighborhood. Private, self contained suites enable you to come and go as you like.

Fully furnished suite with dining room / living room, kitchen, bedroom & bathroom. Kitchenette includes: fridge, microwave, hot plate, dishes, toaster, coffee maker.

The suite is all inclusive: all utilities, parking, cable with TV, internet.

Full laundry facilities are located on promises including an iron & ironing board.As well, upon request, weekly house cleaning is available.

I'm just 5 kilometers from downtown and near buses as well as grocery stores and shopping malls. There is a sanctuary park a block away which is known to be an excellent bird watching spot as well as the Galloping Goose Trail which is used by many walkers and bikers on a daily basis just 2 blocks away. Tennis courts just up the street .Easy access to the World Famouse Butchard Gardens.
