A Palatial room, 65 sqm (78 square yards) wide and 4m (4.5 yards) high, an organic canteen close by where you can get a soup with bun for 1.8 USD, this Berlin house that first belonged to a supporter of the Nazi regime and is now owned by a women from Georgia, which is my wife, together with two former bank executives.

Gutschow House was built in 1895 and represents an important work of historicism (Gothic revival and new renaissance). It is the only house in the southern Friedrichstrasse that survived the war to 100%.Due to the complex façade design, its history and its location, the house is a city landmark.
The apartment was ecologically renovated in August 2009 and has high-quality furnishings.
3 bright, spacious rooms fully equipped, 2 separate bedrooms, large hallway, modern shower room with washing machine.
In the palatial room with mahogany ceiling (78 square yards/65 sqm) is a massive oak dining table for 6 people, kitchen from massive beech, sofa, TV, HiFi, DVD, Wireless Hi-Speed DSL (32MB download, 2MB upload ). Kitchen equipped with ceramic stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, cutlery and high-quality designer pots. Mini-bar with mineral water, juices, beer, wine, champagne, bread spreads, jams, candies.
The bedrooms have quality mattresses (eg. Tempur - a high-tech comfort material originally developed by NASA for the U.S. space program). All walls painted with organic paint. Parquet floor is maintained with organic wax.
On request: pick up airport service, baby bed, baby chair, babysitting services, bicycle rental and shopping service, breakfast and lunch can be arranged from Monday to Friday on the other side of the street at bio bistro (organic).

A full refund minus 20 Euro will be made only if somebody else will book the dates you canceled, otherwise the booking dates can be changed with available ones, but no refund can be made. For unavoidable circumstances we advice you to make a travel insurance. But even without insurance: you will not lose your money if you can choose other free dates.
