The apartment, located in an elegant Palace in a residential area of the city, approximately one mile away from the center, has been completely renovated and refurbished with new cosy furniture and homy furnishings. The apartment is composed: of a hall, a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bed complete bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom is obtained by separating the living room in two separate environments through the closure of two sliding doors; Bed places are compiled from a sofa convertible into two separate comfortable standard single beds A large terrace, where it's possible to sit down and have table meals, is equipped with awnings and opens to the lounge. The apartment is fully air conditioned and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, 4 ring stove, oven, refrigerator, color TV, video intercom, security entry door, interior design curtains, telephone, Broadband WIFI internet connection, P.C. available, etc.
