Exceptional, spacious, vaulted 3 bedroom beach townhouse located among the resort community of Sara Sea Circle with direct, private beach access to the world famous Crescent and Siesta beaches. This large townhouse very comfortably sleeps eight in 1 King / 3 Queen beds. There is a large, two story vaulted living area and a two fully equipped kitchens. 3 full baths ensure privacy for each guest. Brand new hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms, Corian counter-tops, and all new furniture and appliances. An enclosed two car garage with remote is included.

This unit is typically rented as a two bedroom unit with two full baths for 6 guests. An additional efficiency suite providing a queen bed, kitchen and full bath may be optionally included to support parties of 8. The efficiency is not available separately - it is only an option to increase space for those interested in our townhouse.

Private, direct beach access (no road crossing!) to world famous Siesta/Crescent beach.
