A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. The balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, require full payment upon booking.
A security deposit of $350usd (cash only) is due upon arrival and will be refunded the day of departure, if the property is left in the same conditions as it was received and keys are returned.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival, apply for a 100% refund, minus $50usd administration fees. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, don’t apply for refund of the deposit, but the balance is no longer due. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival don’t apply for any refunds.
Late arrivals, early departures and any kind of emergency don’t apply for any refunds.To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events, it is recommended to purchase Travel Insurance.
