Our Florida vacation villa is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the groiund floor - perfect for grandparents and kids. It accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. For entertainment, there are Cable TVs, DVD, VHS/VCR for both children and adults to enjoy.
Sleeping accommodations consists of: one bedroom with a king size bed and second bedroom with two full size beds. In the living room, there is a sleeper sofa.
Additional rooms include the living room, dining area, fully equipped-kitchen and a screened lanai with table and arm chairs. There are also two bathrooms - no waiting after coming in from the pool. For your convenience, towels and linen are all provided. Also, there is a washer and dryer inside a separate laundry closet.
There is central air conditioning & heating with automatic thermostat plus ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.
It is a non-smoking villa. Pets are not allowed.
