I am very glad that I found this apartment. Very clean, conveniently located, close to subway. There was everything to feel like home. I will definitely use this apartment when i am back in New York - hope it will be available at that time.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The place was very nice and clean, as promised. I have absolutely no complaints. What I loved most, however, was the location. This was a big issue for me to find a place that was close to everything. Since it was my first time in New York I wanted to see all there is to see. The subway was walking distance away from the apartment and Manhattan was about 25-30 minutes away by train. As far as the food goes, there are so many places nearby; restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores…etc. Another plus was that you can also walk to the beach/boardwalk, where there are even more restaurants and also bars. The owner Dimitry was very nice and helped me with anything and everything which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend this apartment and will stay here next time I visit New York.

Apartment is very clean, with comfortable furniture, clean sheets and towels. Safe Area-A good place evening walks to close by store and restaurants.
New Apartment. Everything is brand new and lovely. Bedrooms-Comfortable with new beds. Bathrooms-Clean and fresh. Kitchen-fully equipped.
This apartment was perfect for us.
Definitely the best place we’ve ever stayed in and we will most certainly be returning there on our next trip to NYC.
