Casa Kenwood Guesthouses are cool and very artsy accommodations located in the heart of Austin.

Located just south of Lady Bird Lake, between South Congress Avenue and IH-35, we're literally minutes away from downtown, the SoCo shopping district, and the hub of Live Music. We're also just 15 minutes from the airport!
Studio azul is a mixture of a New York artist's loft mixed with down-home funky Austin style. It has a queen-sized bed as well as a full-sized futon couch. We also have two twin-sized futon mattresses that can serve as roll-away beds for extra sleepy heads. Kitchen includes full-sized fridge, stove-top, microwave, mini-oven, electric grill, and sink. W/D available on site. The base price for studio azul starts at $95 per night, and final pricing depends on number of occupants and number of nights booked.
