This ground floor vacation condo has easy parking access right by the front door. You are located about a 1/2 a block from the beach and all of the exciting activity of Gulf Blvd. Biking, buggies, roller blading, skateboarding, people-watching, it's all right here.

Walking distance from Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, one of the most popular beachfront activity areas on the Island. Catch live music under the palapa most nights of the week, chairs and umbrellas for rent and beach volleyball. Spend the whole day right here.

You are a short walk away from the Bay as well, and the new Parrot Eyes Restaurant & Grill with some of the best fare on the Island. Here you can also rent a boat, jet skis or a kayak for an hour or the day.

There is an open, tiled living area with access to the bar and large kitchen. Super easy beach vacation cleanup. A bedroom with a double bed and two built-in bunk beds make room for four comfortably.

RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be paid in full 21 days before arriving; half payment is required at time of booking. Rental rates will include rate quoted, local & state taxes (14.5%), and additional fees (ie…Housekeeping fees, Pet Fees, Early arrivals, or Late Departures, etc). All reservations will require a signed Terms and Conditions at check in with a valid credit card, plus a current driver’s license for identification purposes. A personal check will be accepted for any of these charges if presented to the company on or before thirty (14) days prior to the arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of the Total Rental Fee; 22-44 days prior to arrival will forfeit 75%; 1-21 days prior to arrival will result in forfeit of the full amount. regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances may be.
