Our professionally decorated 3BR, 2 BA 4th floor Destin condo is just a few steps away from your own private sugar-sand beach, emerald-green water and cool Gulf breezes. Our warm, casual Florida décor reflects a cozy atmosphere for your stay and reminds you that you are here to relax. The roomy Master BR has a King-sized bed with plenty of closet and dresser space, Cable TV/DVD and Private Full Bath. The 2nd BR is just as roomy with a Queen bed and plenty of dresser and closet space; TV/DVD. It has an entrance into the hall bath for convenience. The third BR has twin bunks for the young ones (and some older ones too!). We're Ready for your Destin vacation rental.

The Living room has two sofas, one a Queen Sleeper, and plenty of room to spread out. Or walk out to the 40-ft balcony and take in the gorgeous view of the Gulf. The entertainment center has TV/DVD, Stereo system, a small video library and Sega for the kids. There's free internet access too. The dining table and breakfast bar have ample room for all aboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usuals, plus Washer/Dryer, microwave, coffee maker, blender and pots/pans. Destin is known as /The Luckiest Fishing Village in the World/, so if you want to get out for some red snapper, grouper, flounder or pompano, jump on one of the charters or party boats and cast away!! Great restaurants nearby like Pompano Joe's, Capt. Dave's, Acme Oyster House & Graffiti's, Tuscany, Tommy Bahamas and more. Golf enthusiasts have great links in Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay & SeaScape to hone your skills on. The kids have great places like /Big Kahuna's' Water park, minature golf/go-cart tracks, Yesterday's Rock-&-Roll arcade, and many water sports like parasailing, jet skis or surfing. There's also dinner and dolphin cruises to relax and take in some of the gorgeous sites.

Terms & Conditions of Maravilla-Our Destin Dream

Payment may be made with Cashier's check, Money Order or Credit Card thru Paypal. Rental fees do not include 11.5% room tax and $80 cleaning fee. Full payment must be made within 21 days of arrival. All Credit Cards processed through PayPal only Deposits
A $300 Reservation/Security deposit is required at booking, but will not be applied to the rental fee. Deposit will be returned within 7 business days following checkout as long as there is no damage to or items missing from unit.

Cancellation
If cancellation occurs (other than due to hurricanes) more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date, full refund will be given. If cancelled prior to 21 days before arrival, reservation/security deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation within two (2) weeks of arrival date will result in no refund. A $50 Cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations
