Deposits
Exactly one half the base rental rate within 10 days of making the reservation
Cancellation
Upon confirmation; the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, we will refund deposit less 25% only if we are able to re-rent the unit for the same dates. (Travel insurance available for reservations made over 30 days prior to arrival)
& Taxes
$125 Reservation fee + 12% tax
All rentals include departure clean and a linen package and beds made upon arrival
