The living area has a gourmet kitchen with natural granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar plus formal dining area; and a cozy sitting area with one queen sofa bed in front of the stone fireplace. There is an in-suite washer and dryer. Every suite has a water view and the deck or patio has a propane BBQ and outdoor furniture.

We have five types of villas: standard, deluxe, standard with loft, deluxe with loft and one family villa with loft and den. The living room has a queen sofa bed, the loft area has a second queen sofa bed and in our family room den there is a third queen sofa bed.

Our resort is 100% smoke free, including the decks/patios and we have a strict limited pet policy.

To guarantee a reservation we require a deposit of one nights stay plus taxes and we do have a 72 hour cancelation policy. Stays of 7 nights and over are 25% deposits and have a 30 day cancelation.

Resort amenities include: an infinity pool (heated May to September); a hot tub; a fully equipped fitness room; kayak rentals; a ZEN area and marina.

The Restaurant at Painted Boat is a casually elegant restaurant with a distinctly modern, coastal feel. It is open for lunch and dinner; Fall, Winter and Spring hours may vary.

The SPA at Painted Boat with seven treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy room, Glacial Clay Room, aesthetics facility and Spa Garden offers a broad range of treatments incorporating a unique blend of sea nutrients and essential oils.

The village of Madeira Park is only a two minute walk from the resort and offers guests just about everything they would need. From the well stocked IGA Market Place, the Oak Tree Market corner store and pizza shop, a pharmacy, liquor store, and coffee shops to the government wharf where you can buy fresh seasonal seafood from the local fishermen. There are a variety of walking, hiking and biking trails in the area along with the boat charters for fishing or sightseeing.
