Located next to the Oceanside Marina which offers deep sea fishing boats, jet skiing, sailing, whale watching, rental boats and rafts, restaurants, gift shops, scuba diving, surfing and other nautical sports. Oceanside pier is just 2 blocks south for observing or fishing and has a restaurant at the very end of the pier.
The condos are conveniently situated just 15 min. from LegoLand, 35 min. from San Diego where you can visit Sea World, the world famous San Diego Zoo, and just up the highway is the wild animal park with animals who roam the land. Disneyland & Knotts Berry Farm are about an hour north and Los Angeles is about 1 1/2 hours north There are attractions all along the way.
Also close by visit live theater, cinemas & museums. Nearby activities include shopping in just about any imaginable store or outlet, biking, tennis, golf,, racquetball, basketball, beach volleyball and children's playground. You can take the commuter train up and down the coast, or to San Diego and then on to Tijuana, Mex.
Other places to visit include Seaport Village and the Gas Lamp Entertainment District in San Diego. Coronado Island, Balboa Park, Mission Bay Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institute of Oceanography, Palomar Observatory, Oceanside & San Juan Capistrano Missions. Comments for Beach Resort Vacation Condos at the sand. Vacation Rental 
We had a great time and the area was lovely. Wanted to know if the cleaning was satisfactory and when we could expect our deposit back. We had a problem with the TV that was in the living room, the first couple of days the picture was distorted but cleared up after that. The only thing that I would do differently in the future is to spend more time enjoying the facilities and less time touring. Thank you so much, Denise
