Rates are based on four person occupancy for two bedroom. Additional persons are charged at $10 per day. Renters must notify security (346-2666) with the guest name and time of arrival. Only the number of persons specified in the confirmation will be permitted to use accommodations. Rates and taxes subject to change without notice. No Refunds For Early Departure.

Deposits
Reservations from May1-Jan.15, is a security deposit in the amount of $400.00 dollars,
With no Prepayment of rent.

Reservations from Jan.16-Apr.30, is a security deposit in the amount of $800.00 dollars
($400.00 dollars to security and $400.00 dollars to prepaid rent).

Cancellation
Cancellation is required 60 days prior to check-in to have the security deposit returned. All deposits are returned in the form of a check.

& Taxes
RENTAL POLICY: Check in time is 3:00-5:00 P.M. Check out time is 10:00 A.M. Management reserves the right to assign a substitute unit if necessary. Any reservation changes must have office approval. No Pets Allowed.

PAYMENT: Upon arrival the remaining balance of the rent and tax is due. All rates are subject to applicable Florida Sales Tax. Payment can be made by cash, money order, personal check or traveler checks on U.S. funds only.
