We are a family owned & operated resort offering relaxed, Siesta Key Vacation Rental Cottages from 1 night up to a month or more! We ARE pet & family friendly!! There are 7 cottages to choose from, some nestled on the edge of Heron Lagoon. Relax amongst palm trees, around the swimming pool, and stay in our cozy and comforting cottages. Choose from a studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or even a 3 bedroom fully furnished cottage on Siesta Key, FL. All turnkey, furnished and just waiting for you to arrive and enjoy! We are located on the south end of the island, and Turtle beach is only 1 mile away! We welcome you to indulge in our peaceful and tranquil resort. All ground floor, single story cottages boast a comfortable living area, full size kitchens, and separate bedroom with a king size bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa bed, and the bathroom has a large walk in shower. The larger cottages have additional bedrooms, and every cottage has its own private deck. The pictures show the breath-taking scenery of the Waterside resort at Banana Bay Club. Enjoy the swimming pool, as well as complimentary kayaks and canoes and our private fishing dock! There is also coin operated laundry onsite.
4- one bedroom cottages which sleeps up to 4 people in each, with a King bed in the bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa bed in the Living Room, and 1 bathroom. Full Kitchen. Private Deck.
1- Studio waterfront cottage which sleeps up to 4 people, with a King bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa bed, and 1 bathroom. Full Kitchen. Screened lanai overlooking the lagoon.
1- two bedroom cottage which sleeps up to 6 people; with 2 bedrooms (one king bed, one set of twins), 2 bathrooms, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Full Kitchen. Private Deck & Screened lanai partially overlooking the lagoon.
1- three bedroom waterfront cottage, which sleeps up to 8 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms (one king bed, four twins-2 in a guest room and 2 in a den room), 2 bathrooms, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Full kitchen. Large private deck overlooking the lagoon.

It is conveniently located on the south side of Siesta Key alongside a 3-mile inland lagoon separated from the Gulf by a small strip of densely tropical land. Walk, bike or drive north to our world famous white sugar-sand beaches, where sand sculpturing is an art, or 1 mile south to the usually less crowded Turtle Beach. Swim the emerald blue-green waters of the Gulf. Golf or play tennis nearby, shop Siesta Village and the World-Renowned St. Armand's Circle and malls, and dine in elegant or casual restaurants.
Enjoy Sarasota's cultural attractions and nightlife. Some of the local attractions include the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, & The Mote Marine Aquarium.
