The brand new luxury log home sits on its own pinnacle of privacy and surrounding beauty. As soon as you enter the private gates and see the house, you are enthralled with all the detail and design. The custom woodwork, the single large rock that provides the pathway over the waterfall and moat, a wide vaulted covered porch with wood burning fireplace to enjoy the chilly summer nights; with such incredible features this house is one big Wow!

Every floor of this cabin is magnificent and full of custom features. The professionally decorated interior is also too stunning. It’s hard to decide which to marvel over most. On the main floor my favorite is the fireplace mantel made from half a tree and its branches. Wait, maybe my favorite is the stunning kitchen adjoining the great room with state-of-the-art appliances and granite for miles, or the surrounding 180 degree view of the outside surroundings from every point in this room. Wait, maybe it’s the beautiful furniture just waiting for a roaring fire, or maybe it’s the wooden floor and bark siding. Everywhere you look there is beauty and luxury without opulence, but with stunning craftsmanship, well-thought design and comfort while always favoring the mountain’s bounty of stone, wood, uniqueness, and view.

This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home sleeps 10 with bedrooms on every level to assure everyone’s privacy and separateness. There are 2 kings and 2 queen beds with luxurious pillow top mattresses and 600 thread count Egyptian cotton linens. Each bedroom is decorated in exquisite mountain décor furniture and accessories. Stroll out your own bedroom door onto the wrap-around porch. Enjoy your morning coffee all alone while absorbing the mountain air. It will be difficult to pick which room you want. They all have lots of windows but the feeling of coziness prevails. The spacious bathrooms are just as wonderful with jetted showers, and whirlpool tubs. It’s definitely an experience you don’t want to miss.

The great room is perfect for everyone to mingle by the central fireplace which adjoins the gourmet kitchen and dining area. Again, you must spend at least some of your time marveling at the many, many features that this house displays- some of them so subtle that they are only discovered after a couple days- one of mine being the ceilings near the dining room and the chandelier is stunning.

The playroom with its subtle lighting and decoration just for entertainment is definitely a favorite room. The professional pool table stands on one half of this huge room while the remainder offers lounging by the gas fire, game tables, and cozy places to read or chat. The natural stone and massive beams are everywhere and surrounding windows always let in the outside. Again, one of my favorite areas! This is perfect for the coporate retreat with plenty of room for presentations, separate meetings, plenty of floorspace for leadership workshops. There is even a separate office in the tree loft on the 3rd floor with of course, internet, WiFi, Fax and all office necessites so that if you must work, what a great place to do business.

This house is perfect for the family visit, girlfriend weekends, or corporate retreats. We can offer conciege assistance for all your needs including limousine service from the Charlotte airport, rental cars, reservations, grocery shopping, car detailing, we can even have a “Culinary Evening” with either your own personal restaurant staff and chef in-house, or a “Weekend Cooking School” featuring several local chefs who come to Diamond Creek and teach you their secrets. What a really fun weekend!
